Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution – Design and implement marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and sales.
– Lead digital marketing efforts (social media, website, email, and online ads).
Client Engagement & Provincial Outreach.
– Meet with hospitals, labs, and clinics to strengthen relationships and promote products.
– Travel to provinces to launch campaigns, negotiate contracts, and gather market feedback.
Data-Driven Marketing – Collect and analyze campaign, sales, and market data to measure effectiveness.
– Use analytics to identify opportunities, track ROI, and gain a competitive advantage.
Business Development & Sales Support – Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support the sales team.
– Negotiate with clients and partners to close deals and secure contracts.
Performance & Reporting – Monitor campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and client satisfaction. – Consistently meet targets and deliver measurable results.
– Report regularly to management with insights and recommendations
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG marketing.
Proven ability to manage both digital campaigns and in-person client engagement.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet targets (e.g., campaign ROI, lead generation).
Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel dashboards.
Integrity, trustworthiness, adaptability, and willingness to travel for provincial campaigns.
Passion for improving healthcare access in Afghanistan.
